Built Differently. Grounded in What Matters.

- WHAT IS BEDROCK?

Bedrock was founded on a simple belief: property management, when done with discipline and intention, becomes a foundation for long-term performance and enduring partnerships. At its best, it is defined by consistency, care, and accountability - shaping both the performance of an asset and the experience of the communities it serves.

Over the years, we have built relationships grounded in trust and shared standards of excellence.

That philosophy continues to define how we operate today. The name Bedrock reflects what has always been true of this organization.

At the center of our work are our people and the standards they uphold every day. Their consistency and accountability create stability for residents, confidence for owners, and continuity across every community we serve.

Elmington Property Management Becomes Bedrock, Reflecting the Strength of Its People and Partnerships

NASHVILLE, TN, May 19—Elmington Property Management is rebranding as Bedrock, a new name that reflects the company’s role as a steady, dependable foundation for the communities, clients, and residents it serves across the country. The transition to Bedrock marks an important evolution for the organization and reflects the strength of what the company has built through years of partnership, operational excellence, and people-first leadership.

"Bedrock reflects who we’ve become as a team,” said DeAnna Moore, President of Bedrock. “It represents the consistency, care, and accountability our people bring to the work every single day. While our name is changing, our commitment to our clients, residents, and communities remains exactly the same.”

The company’s leadership emphasized that the rebrand is about better aligning the company’s identity with the role it already plays for its partners and communities.Bedrock manages more than 30,000 apartment homes across 200+ communities in 27 states and has earned recognition for its operational performance, resident experience, and commitment to long-term partnership.

Earlier this year, the organization was ranked No. 41 on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Top 50 Managers list, marking its third consecutive year receiving the recognition.

“At the center of this company has always been our people,” Moore added. “This new name only means something because of the team behind it and the relationships we’ve built together over time.”

The company will continue operating with the same leadership, teams, and people-first approach that have defined its reputation and growth throughout the industry.
